Visionary has cultivated relationships with major market print and electronic media, and has provided media placement, research, planning and acquisition services for several years.
Visionary develops an estimate based on the projected number of agency hours dedicated to a project or a series of projects. A project schedule is derived from the average number of hours spent on projects with similar specifications. In most cases, project estimates are accurate, but when tasks exceed the scope of the project, or additional details are added to a project, the project manager will apprise the client of a possible increase in fee. Similarly, a reduction in services will result in a decrease in project expense.
We typically meet with clients – in person, video conference
or on the phone – to get started. Our initial meeting helps both parties determine if
a project can be accomplished based on timeline, budget, services and expectations.
Next, if both parties agree to proceed, we'll provide a written estimate with
project details for your approval. Once you agree with the proposal, we'll begin
work on the project.
We ask that clients pay 1/3 of our fee at the project start, 1/3 at the midpoint,
and the balance owed at the project's completion.
For clients with ongoing project needs, we suggest a retainer arrangement.
Clients benefit from retainers through a reduced hourly rate, a dedicated staff
working on projects to assure continuity, and priority service – which means that your
projects receive priority attention when they are added to the production schedule.
Yes. Visionary is happy to work with clients as adjunct staff, in whatever capacity is needed. We work closely with many in-house creative teams, designers, web masters, and so on.
Can you send me samples of your work?
We can send a sample packet of recent work, but we find that most clients are
satisfied viewing our work on line in our portfolio section. If, after viewing
our work, you find that you still want paper samples, please send us a request
from our contact page, or call us and we'll be happy to oblige.
